Need a Notary?

Convenient, professional in-office notary services by appointment. The fee is $10 per notarial act ($10 administrative & appointment fee). 

Each signer must appear in person with the complete, unsigned document and valid, government-issued photo identification.

The standard appointment includes up to 60 minutes. Appointments lasting longer than 60 minutes may incur an additional fee of $10 per hour due to document preparation, identification issues, signer delays, or other circumstances.

A 50% non-refundable deposit may be required to reserve the appointment. Any remaining balance is due upon completion of services. All applicable charges and appointment requirements will be disclosed before booking.

We provide patient, respectful, and professional notary services for residents of nursing homes, assisted-living communities, rehabilitation centers, hospitals, and senior-living facilities. 

The $65 starting service fee includes one $10 notarization.

Appointments may be coordinated with the signer, family members, caregivers, or facility staff and are subject to facility visitation procedures, identification requirements, and the signer’s awareness and willingness to proceed. Additional fees may apply for extra notarizations, extended wait times, parking, after-hours appointments, or rush requests.
